Excellent hourly pay rates American Mobile offers competitive pay rates. The majority of our assignments offer shift differentials for evening and night shifts. Unlike some other companies, the pay rates we quote are for regular pay, but most of our RNs earn more due to shift differentials, overtime and other bonuses. Pay rates vary for each assignment. While on assignment you will be paid directly by American Mobile Healthcare's payroll department.Generous completion bonuses Many of our hospital clients also offer lucrative completion bonuses, which can range from $500 to $6,000 for a 13-week assignment. Some conditions apply.401(k) retirement plan It's never too early to start planning for your retirement. You are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) as soon as you start an assignment! Starting 2009, you may contribute up to 50 percent of your salary or $16,500, whichever is lower, tax free. If you are age 50 or older, you may contribute $22,000 a year. Our 401(k) plan offers a variety of well-known stock, bond and money market funds.
